Tracy Casagrande Clancy

Tracy Casagrande Clancy is an artist working in mixed media collage. Her areas of expertise include two and three dimensional work, specifically encaustic and cold wax mediums and collage. Her artwork has been exhibited in New York City, Miami, Paris, Italy and in various solo & group exhibitions across the U.S.

Tracy’s work is held in private & public collections throughout North America, Europe and Australia and is included in the Museum of Encaustic Art’s (Santa Fe) permanent collection.

Prior to becoming a full-time artist 13 years ago, Tracy worked as a grief therapist with children & families experiencing medical crises, death and loss. Her specialities included Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care, HIV/AIDS, Disaster Relief and Homelessness. She holds graduate & undergraduate degrees in Counseling, Social Work, Sociology and Fine Art. Her medical experience intimately informs her work on human interconnectedness and our connection with the wider world.

Tracy teaches group in-person and online workshops as well as individual instruction from her Pendleton Art Center studio (Cincinnati, OH). She is currently working on a glass installation project, curating a 4-person show and preparing for an October 2024 solo exhibition.
